"Tune Of The Month"

In irregular intervals you'll here find a new piece of music recorded during our rehearsals or concerts. Nothing perfect, often with some cuts and bruises, but probably of interest and a peephole into our music for returning visitors.

Here are two recording made during this year's Christmas show in Duesseldorf-Urdenbach. The first song "Merry Souls" is about celebrating our Lords birthday in style at the christmas ball. We perform it with three voices, Irish Bouzouki, Anglo Concertina, Mandolin, Bagpipes and Synthesizer.

The second recording "By The Cradle-Side" is a lovely poem by William Blake we turned into a song. You hear two voices, 5-String Banjo, Anglo Concertina, Gemshorn, Synthesizer and as special guests Urdenbach's "Werkstattchor". Our heartfelt thanks to all it's lovely singers!
